1. What's your return policy?

Listen, I’m just one guy with a full-time job and two kids. I know "no returns or exchanges" sounds sketchy, but I barely have time to scroll Instagram on the toilet, let alone run a full-blown returns department out of my basement.

At the end of the day, the main mission here is to support Toronto high school sports, so if whatever you buy doesn't fully meet your expectations, I'm sorry, but just remember that somewhere out there, there is a 16-year-old point guard that thanks you.

2. Where do you ship to and how long will it take?

Shipping is free across Canada. We currently don't ship anywhere else (would be pretty random if someone from outside Canada bought something at this point, no?).

Because everything is made on demand, we can't get things out quite like Amazon, but they will typically get shipped within 1-2 weeks from purchase. 

3. Where do the proceeds go?

We work directly with interested schools to help them buy whatever is in most need across their various teams and/or broader phys. ed. department.

For example, right now we are working towards buying one high school a new set of jerseys for their baseball team, as well as mini soccer nets for their phys. ed. department.

We know school budgets are getting tighter and tighter so if you are a school looking for a little bit of extra help, reach out and we are happy to support however we can.

4. How do you choose which schools or teams to support?

We are working schools on more of a first come, first served basis at this point.

And since we are just starting out and not exactly making millions, in order to maximize impact, we currently focus on working with up to 5 schools at a time, with an aim to donate at least $500 per school per year.

5. Do you make custom merch for schools or teams?

Absolutely. We’ve already done some custom pieces for schools and teams, and we’re always happy to take on more.
